By using farflunginfinite.com ("Farflung Infinite", "the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What is Farflung Infinite?

Farflung Infinite is a free, unofficial, fan-made browser game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Farflung LLC or the official Farflung game at farflung.game. "Farflung" belongs to its respective owner, and we use the name only to describe what inspired this project.

2. Using the site

You may play the game and share your results for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't:

• use bots, scripts or other automation to play, scrape or overload the site;
• try to break, attack or get around the site's security;
• copy the site's prompts, answer lists or code wholesale to republish them;
• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

3. Answers and accuracy

We write and check our prompts and answer lists carefully, but geography has edge cases and facts change. Answers are provided for entertainment and may contain mistakes. If you spot one, tell us at support@farflunginfinite.com. We may correct answer lists at any time.

4. Advertising and third-party links

The site may show ads from Google AdSense and links to other websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party ads, products or sites. See our Privacy Policy for how ads and cookies work.

5. Our content

Except for third-party names and materials, the site's code, design, prompts and text belong to Farflung Infinite. Map data comes from Natural Earth, which is in the public domain. Sharing your scores and linking to the site is welcome.

6. Intellectual property concerns

We respect the rights of others. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, email support@farflunginfinite.com with your name, the rights involved and the specific page. We'll review it promptly and remove or change content where appropriate.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change, pause or shut down the site or any feature at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Farflung Infinite isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. The site is free, and our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a new "Updated" date.

10. Governing law and contact
